Strawberry Kiwi "Sangria"
« on: April 18, 2006, 06:38:36 PM »

1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced strawberries

1 orange, peeled and cut in bite- sized pieces

2 cups (500 mL) chilled Minute Maid Light Strawberry Kiwi low calorie fruit beverage

1 cup (250 mL) chilled Diet Sprite Zero

1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes

Place strawberries and orange pieces in a pitcher. Pour Minute Maid Light Strawberry Kiwi over the fruit. Cover and chill.

Just before serving, stir in Diet Sprite Zero and ice cubes. Pour into

four wine glasses, dividing fruit evenly. Garnish with whole strawberries

and/or orange slices, if desired.

TIP: For a less sweet drink, use sparkling mineral water instead of

Diet Sprite Zero.
