1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 package Bagged Mixed Green Lettuce
10 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Carrot Strips
1/2 cup Bottled Balsamic Vinaigrette
Heat Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips as per package directions. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, carrot strips, balsamic vinaigrette and toss. Divide lettuce mixture onto two dinner plates and top with warm Chicken Strips. Serves: two entrée-sized salads.
