Ingredients:

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups chicken stock

1 1/2 cups walnuts

1/4 cup pomegranate concentrate

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup Pearl Pomegranate Vodka

2-4 tablespoons olive oil Salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
