I have been reading facial skin care tips and articles and come up with my own personal daily regime to maintain a healthy and radiant facial skin. Maybe it'll work out for you too.
1. Exfoliate - exfoliate your face regularly with a facial sponge together with your favorite mild soap to get rid of dirt, oil or makeup. Do it in circular motion and try to pay extra attention to the sides of your nose, chin and around the eyes. Don't overdo the scrubbing, that would damage your skin. Remember that your facial skin is more sensitive than the other parts. Rinse your face with tap water and dry it properly with a clean towel.
2. Cleansing - cleanse your face with your favorite facial cleanser. Use a cotton or pads to properly cleanse the entire facial skin. You can even extend it to your neck. You can skip this process if you feel that your face is not so dirty like days when you're not using make up.
3. Moisturize - especially on this kind of weather (winter), it is necessary to moisturize your face. After cleansing, you can apply your favorite facial cream to retain the moisture on your face. Apply evenly and lightly so to avoid acne breakouts.
special tip: Exfoliate by Moisturizing - apply moisturizing cream on the face and leave it for 1 minute. Using your fingers together, massage face in circular motion. You'll be surprised to get rid of more dead skin.
