Dandruff Problem - Tea Tree Oil
« on: March 02, 2006, 12:48:13 PM »

If you have some dandruff problems and don't want to use anymore dandruff shampoos which contain some harsh ingredients that would lead to a drier scalp, you may want to try tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is known for its cleansing and anti-bacterial qualities and even fungus treatment.

Put a drop of your regular shampoo in a bowl, mixed it with water and put 2 drops of tea tree oil. Mix them all together and apply the mixture to your scalp. Massage scalp with shampoo lather. Rinse with tap water and feel the fresh and clean feeling of your scalp.

Warning: Keep the mixture away from your eyes. Take care never to use the tea tree oil pure, always have it thinned.

Application: Twice a week in the beginning. Then later, once a week.
