Tender Fruit Smoothie

(NC)—Dip into your individually frozen stock of peaches or nectarines to prepare this delicious Ontario tender fruit smoothie, or simply use fresh.

2 peeled, pitted and 2

coarsely chopped

fresh or frozen Ontario peaches or

nectarines

1/4 cup undiluted frozen 50 mL

orange juice

1 cup vanilla yogurt 250 mL

Optional - honey to taste

In a food processor or blender, process Ontario peaches or nectarines and undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate until smooth. Add plain yogurt; process until well combined. Sweeten to taste with honey, if desired.

Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 cups (625 mL to 750 mL)
