1 cup pumpkin or squash

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup fancy molasses

1 tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

3/4 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 cup rich milk

(evaporated milk)

Mix all ingredients and beat together with an egg beater. Pour into a pastry-lined pan. Bake at 425°F for about 20 min. then at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream.
