(NC)—Move over champagne. There's a new twist on serving up bubbles this holiday season: signature cocktails. Bacardi Canada suggests this tasty creation to impress your guests of legal drinking age.

Mojitos CranRoyal


Ingredients:

1 oz Bacardi Superior Rum

1/2 oz lime juice (half lime)

1˝ tsp sugar

6-8 mint leaves

2 drops Angostura bitters

1/2 oz red cranberry juice

Top with Martini Prosecco

Fresh cranberries and sprig of mint for garnish (optional)

Serving Instructions:

Drop mint in cocktail shaker. Squeeze lime juice from 1/2 lime and drop in shaker. Gently crush the lime with a muddler. Add 1 oz Bacardi Superior Rum, 1 1/2 tsp sugar and ˝ oz cranberry juice. Shake well for 10 seconds. Strain the mix into a champagne flute. Slowly top with Martini Prosecco. Add two drops of bitters and garnish with three fresh cranberries and sprig of mint.
