(NC)—Chicken is a popular choice for dinner that everyone loves. Try this Asian twist on the suppertime staple to keep dinners delicious and interesting.

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

120 mL (1/2 cup) Hellmann's Olive Oil Light

1 green onion, chopped

5 mL (1 tsp) reduced sodium soy sauce

2 ˝ mL (1/2 tsp) finely grated fresh ginger or 1 mL (1/4 tsp) ground ginger

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

60 mL (1/4 cup) plain dry bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine Hellmann's Olive Oil Light, green onion, soy sauce and ginger in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise-type dressing mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs and sesame seeds.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Tip: For an extra layer of flavour, combine breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds before sprinkling over chicken.
