(NC)—During the winter months, putting real, fresh food on the dinner table can seem like a daunting task. Try this recipe for Parmesan crusted chicken that shows eating real is not only easy, but delicious too.

Cook Time: 20 minutes Ingredients:
120 mL (1/2 cup) Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
60 mL (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
20 mL (4 tsp) Italian seasoned dry bread crumbsInstructions:
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
