(NC)—During the winter months, putting real, fresh food on the dinner table can seem like a daunting task. Try this recipe for Parmesan crusted chicken that shows eating real is not only easy, but delicious too.

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

120 mL (1/2 cup) Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise

60 mL (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

20 mL (4 tsp) Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Did you know?

Canada's Food Guide recommends eating a small amount (30-45 mL or 2-3 tbsp) of unsaturated fat each day. This includes oil used for cooking, salad dressings, margarine and mayonnaise—as is used in this recipe. Mayonnaise is a great substitute for traditional cooking oils since it locks in flavour and moisture, giving you juicy, tasty chicken breasts with the added benefit of omega-3.
