This mouthwatering Mexican-style dip, courtesy of Quaker, is a perfect low-fat complement for the very dippable Mexican Fiesta flavour Quaker Crispy Wholegrain Cakes:

Ingredients

1 cup Non-fat sour cream (250 mL)

1 cup Salsa (250 mL)

2 tbsp Chopped green peppers (30 mL)

1 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro (15 mL)

or parsley

1-2 pkgs. Quaker Crispy Wholegrain

Cakes – Mexican Fiesta

Method

1. Combine first four ingredients in bowl and mix well.

2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
