Creamy Bacon & Tomato Chicken Salad

1/2 cup Hellmann's (125 mL)

Smokey Bacon & Tomato

1/2 cup chunky salsa (125 mL)

1 tbsp lime juice (15 mL)

6 cups fresh local (1.5 L)

lettuce leaves, washed

and torn

2 cups diced cooked (500 mL)

chicken or turkey

4 slices bacon, cooked (4)

crisp and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes (250 mL)

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise with salsa and lime juice; set aside.

In large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, bacon and tomato. Just before serving, toss with mayonnaise mixture. Serves 4.
